- Monday 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.
- Tuesday 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
- Wednesday 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
- Thursday 8:30 A.M. to
at least 1:00- Friday Closed
- Saturday Closed
- Early evening appointments are also available.
Patients are seen by appointment only, except in the case of an emergency. Keeping your waiting time to a minimum is important to us. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for any necessary paper work. There are times when an emergency may necessitate a wait. Please be patient and you will be afforded as much time as needed to complete your examination.
Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must reschedule your appointment so we may accommodate other patients.
What to Bring
Please bring the following items with you:
- -a complete list of current medications you are taking
- -your current eyeglasses and/or contact lenses
- -name of your primary care physician
- -insurance information*
Your eyes may be dilated during your examination, therefore you may need:
- -sunglasses (disposable sunglasses can be provided if necessary)
- -If driving home is a concern with you, you may wish to make arrangements to have someone drive you.
*Because of the many changes in third party plans, please make sure that you are eligible for benefits. We are no longer able to confirm your eligibility. If you receive services and materials and you are not eligible and your claim is rejected, your are responsible for your entire bill.
