The Eyes Have It! is a free seminar that we have periodically on different eye and vision related subjects. Topics have included general eye and vision care as well as a primer on refractive surgery. Kids Day Vision Screening
We have our annual free Kids Day Vision Screening in August. We have a great time with a clown, story time, balloons, games, free hot dogs and drink, and a free drawing for prizes. All this is going on while we give the children a free vision screening in preparation for the start of the new school year . So many children will see a dentist before entering school, but they will not have an eye health and vision exam until they fail a screening. (Over 80% of what we learn is through the use of our eyes. Please explain how they learn with their teeth!)
